When you use Hinna, we collect the information you provide directly: your email address (via Google sign-in), room photos, moodboard images, and design preferences such as budget, style, and room type.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to generate personalized interior design plans and product recommendations. Photos and preferences are processed by our AI design engine and stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage and Firestore.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Google Cloud services (Firebase, Vertex AI) to operate the platform. Product recommendations may link to third-party retailers via affiliate partnerships.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled through Firebase Auth using secure OAuth 2.0 protocols.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@hinna.se. You may also export your design plans from within the application.

6. Cookies

Hinna uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
