Hinna is an AI-powered interior design platform. Users upload room photos, describe their vision, and receive personalized design plans with product recommendations. The service is provided as-is and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence.
2. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Hinna. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By using the service, you grant Hinna a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating design recommendations. We do not claim ownership of your content.
4. Product Recommendations
Product recommendations may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. Hinna does not sell products directly. Prices, availability, and product details are sourced from external retailers and may change without notice. Hinna is not responsible for third-party products or services.
5. Intellectual Property
The Hinna platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of Hinna. Design plans generated for you are yours to use freely, but you may not resell the service itself or use automated means to access it.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hinna provides AI-generated design suggestions for inspiration purposes. We are not liable for purchasing decisions, structural modifications, or any outcomes resulting from following the recommendations. Always consult a professional for major renovations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@hinna.se.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
